Dr. Frappier offers thorough and compassionate care for pets, working closely with pet owners to achieve optimal health outcomes.

“My goal is to ensure every patient leaves in better health and their owners feel confident in their care, with a focus on enhancing both the pet’s well-being and the owner’s knowledge. I am devoted to staying up-to-date with the latest research and medicine to provide the best outcomes for each patient.”

Dr. Frappier was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri. She received both her Bachelor’s of Science in Animal Science and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Missouri. She joined the Family Vet of Lake St Louis family in the Summer of 2023 and is now a part of our team at AMC Wentzville as of July 2024.

Ever since Dr. Frappier could speak, she knew she wanted to help animals and their people as a veterinarian. Growing up, she was very active in 4-H, which strengthened her passion for the human-animal bond. This is where her enthusiasm for dog training began. She still volunteers with the organization today.

When she is not at work, Dr. Frappier enjoys showing her schipperke, Cole, in conformation (he is an AKC champion!). She has also participated in a variety of sports with her border collie Nike, including agility, rally, obedience, barn hunt, and tricks. Dr. Frappier and her canine companions are volunteers with Therapy Dogs International, where she has witnessed firsthand the healing power of animals.

Dr. Frappier is very active in the community and is a member of multiple organizations including the American Veterinary Medical Association, Missouri Veterinary Medical Association, Columbia MO Kennel Club, Schipperke Club of America, Schipperke Club of Greater St. Louis, Show Me Agility Club of Central Missouri, and more. Her professional interests include reproduction, pathology, parasitology, and nutrition. Dr. Frappier loves building relationships with humans and animals in the community. She is devoted to staying up to date with the newest research and medicine to allow her patients to have the best outcomes possible. She would absolutely love to meet you and your beloved pets!
